It really isn't ya know! Age is so relative! Oh I know our bodies might get a wee bit stiff and creaky but our heart..nope! We should always keep one part of our hearts young...one part for the time we swing on a swing with a grandchild or that water balloon fight that makes us laugh. Even a game of silly faces with a child or peek a boo!! What ever you do, that one part of your heart is smiling and feeling so good!! Don't let it pass by.Hope you can use this bit of thought.
